Domestic mechanical range
The most complete dated source is AEW/136, 11 August 2026. The following are document specifications from S34 pp.2-7. Brass bodies are specified as IS 1264 DCB2. Except where stated, cold-water models list 16 bar, 45°C and an error band of ±2% at Qt/Qn/Qmax and ±5% at Qmin. These error bands are not a flat ±2% at every flow.

BMS option ladder: /01 is the meter without output; /02 adds one metre of pulse wire; /03 adds digital pulse counter with batching/reset; /04 adds pulse-to-RS485 conversion; /05 adds pulse-to-GSM conversion, with SIM in the customer's scope. This is an accessory/configuration distinction, not five different measuring principles. KBH also has this option ladder; its 32 mm row is blank. [S34 p.5]
Older leaflets describe a dry inferential register and dimensions including nipples: 250/290/380/430/470 mm for 15/20/25/40/50 mm. They give nominal flows 1.5/2.5/3.5/10/15 m³/h and maxima 3/5/7/20/30 m³/h, respectively. The Class-A/Class-B transition-flow columns in the scan are difficult to separate, so the source table should be confirmed before sizing. [S11 p.1; S14 p.2]
Filename warning: KAM-G.pdf and KBM-G.pdf contain a broader/older “Kranti Besto” multijet leaflet and a combined Class-A/Class-B performance page. That leaflet states 10 bar standard, 16 bar optional and 50°C, whereas AEW/136 states 16 bar/45°C for the current listed KAM-G and KBM-G. Do not identify a model or edition from the filename alone. KWM industrial Woltman meters
The dated list specifies cast iron FG260, ISO 4064 Class-B, magnetic-drive dry register, IP68, 16 bar and flanged ends. Cold versions are 45°C; hot versions are 90°C. The cold list covers 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500 and 600 mm; the hot list covers 40-200 mm at the listed size steps. A 125 mm Kranti KWM row is absent; KFLOW WP-SDC does have 125 mm. [S34 pp.8-10]
The KWM-01 base is described as pulse-enabled, while KWM-02 actually includes the one-metre pulse wire. KWM-03 adds batching/reset counter, KWM-04 RS485 conversion and KWM-05 GSM conversion. “Pulse-enabled” should therefore not be taken to mean a complete usable signal cable is supplied. Y-strainers and T-type dirt boxes are separately priced. [S34 pp.8-9]
Older technical sheets describe a sealed totalizer, metallic register cover, removable measuring mechanism and low pressure loss. Their “20 kg/cm² pressure test” is a test value, not the same thing as allowable continuous operating pressure. The separate installation/calibration sheets state 10 bar and <50°C cold water, conflicting with the dated list. [S1 p.1; S8 p.3; S24 p.1]
KFLOW WP-SDC: Separate make in the same list: cast iron FG260, Class-B, R80, copper-can register, anti-magnetic protection, IP68, 16 bar, 50°C, flanged, 50-300 mm including 125 mm. The document claims MID marking and cites 2004/22/EC/ISO 4064:2005; no approval certificate is included in this analysis. [S34 p.10]

The project sheet provides Modbus baud rate 9600, stop bit 1, totalizer holding register 12292 as integer and flow-rate holding register 12295 as float, with a warning that addressing may differ by +1. It does not establish parity, word order, scaling or the complete register map. GSM/GPRS is on request. [S15 p.2]
The general flow table lists, for example, 50 mm 0.71-71 m³/h, 100 mm 2.83-283, 150 mm 6.36-636, 200 mm 11.3-1130 and 300 mm 25.43-2543. These are printed table values, not a validated sizing curve: several minima/maxima do not line up with the stated 0.2-12 m/s envelope, and the 15 mm minimum differs from the trend. Obtain the actual calibrated operating span. [S38 p.3]
The installation leaflet requires a full pipe and 5D upstream / 3D downstream straight lengths. Warranty is 12 months from supply against manufacturing defects, with exclusions for misuse, unsuitable service, damage and tampering. [S38 p.4]
Peyjal ultrasonic and telemetry range
The AEW/136 family heading claims ISO 4064 Class 2, R400 and CGWA compliance. This is a catalogue claim; there is no independent regulatory validation here. [S34 p.12]

The price list quotes ₹299/device/month excluding GST hosting for 4G dual-SIM models. For 100 devices this is ₹29,900/month or ₹358,800/year before GST, calculated from that historical tariff. Network coverage, reporting frequency, included SIM services and the battery-life assumptions need confirmation. The name “Peyjal Pulse” does not prove a wired pulse-output interface: the described model is cellular telemetry. The end-connection wording overlaps at 50 mm, so confirm screwed versus flanged at that size. [S34 p.12]
Turbine meter / KPT-100
The separate turbine brochure describes clear, including nonconductive, liquids; 15-200 NB; viscosity up to 100 cP; 24 VDC; <0.5 VA; 4-20 mA/RS485 and pulse output; <100 ms response; IP67 aluminium enclosure; inline horizontal or vertical installation. It lists ±1% FS accuracy over 20-100% flow, ±1% linearity/repeatability, approximate pressure loss 0.28 kg/cm² at maximum flow and 10:1 or 100:1 turndown. A 100:1 claim is not established by the separate accuracy band. [S32 pp.2-3]
Construction: tungsten-carbide shaft, tungsten-carbide sleeve/V-jewel bearing, SS410/“17.PH” rotor as printed, stainless body/support/flanges. Flanged ASA150 connections, BSP male or tri-clover options up to 50 NB. Brochure process limits are 0-120°C and 0-20 kg/cm²; ambient 0-55°C, 5-95% noncondensing RH. The dated KPT-100 price list instead gives 90°C and sizes 15-150 mm, so the model/order-specific temperature must be agreed. [S32 p.3; S34 p.13]
