Flow span and configuration

Lehry remote EMF sheet, undated, p.4: DN100 8.4–140 m³/h

Lehry integral sheet p.3 and DLP 25 August 2025 p.47: DN100 8.4–339 m³/h. These scopes differ; request the offered configuration

Request written confirmation for the offered size and configuration before using either value.

Specification blocks

Lehry technical sheets contain differing size, temperature, IP and accuracy-basis blocks

Do not combine options across sheets. DLP pp.47–48 also distinguishes 16-bar and 25-bar configurations

Request written confirmation for the offered size and configuration before using either value.

DUTY & SELECTION

Where to consider this type

The guidance below explains the technology. It does not extend this model’s documented service limits.

An electromagnetic meter, often called a mag meter or EMF meter, measures flow using the electrical signal induced when a conductive liquid moves through a magnetic field.

Full electromagnetic flow meters guide ↗

Installation and commissioning

Before the meter is selected

  • Lowest measured conductivity
  • Liner, electrode and seal compatibility
  • Full measuring tube, grounding and pipe profile
  • Integral/remote configuration, accuracy basis and simultaneous powered outputs

Before the system is handed over

  • Confirm the installation drawing, orientation and access for service.
  • Match the actual flow range and permitted pressure loss to the project.
  • Record meter serial number, start reading and any output scaling.
  • Commission communications against the receiving system and retain the test record.

Reading and communication

Documentation mentions: Pulse output, 4–20 mA, RS485. These may be optional or specific to a variant.

Discovery tags come from the documented description, including optional capabilities. Confirm inclusion and exact size/configuration.

A connected metering system is five parts: meter → interface or module → network or gateway → software → billing, dashboard or control system. A quotation should name who supplies and maintains each one. AMR-ready equipment may still require separately quoted radio, gateway, head-end and billing software.
